This was a great gym. Unfortunately all locations are now closed, and they owe me money, I had 1 full year in advance plus a partial year by about 2 months that I will never see back. Had to file through credit card company to fight for my money back, I feel bad for those who didn't pay by credit card as they will have a harder time getting money back.

This gym has been collecting dues all while not being accessible! I’ve tried numerous times to cancel with no response, I will be disputing the charges with my bank!

First off I want to say I understand how the gyms are taking precautions due to COVID and appreciate it 100%. What I do not like is to being charged while I can't use the facilities. I was also charged $30 instead of my normal rate of $19 with not explanation in March 2021. I was visiting Modesto today and the Dale location was closed. This is during the red tier, so they are allowed to operate. All the other gyms were ready to go the day the county switched to red, but the Dale location decided to take an extra few days I have tried multiple times to contact the corporate office in Modesto and their number is disconnected.... I went to the main FIT REPUBLIC website, scrolled to the bottom to Contact Us and selected the Modesto Dale gym, which ended up not having a functional message contact page (see attached photo). I then tried to contact the Manteca Gym (other corporate gym in the area) and no one would answer the phone. They at least had a working contact us on the FIT REPUBLIC website. I sent an email for cancelation request but have not heard back. At this point it is obvious that FIT REPUBLIC does not care about the customers, I'll be requesting a stop payment to them from my bank because I cannot think of another way to reach them.... Also side note, the Riverbank location would not let me in because they are Franchise. I guess the owner is only allowing people who signed up at the location to workout because of "COVID". BUT if you pay $15 for a day pass, all of a sudden you can workout and the COVID reason disappears. It's disgusting what people will do for a dollar....
