No they will give you information and ask you to get the paperwork for the car and don't make a date for them to come pick up the car with the paperwork so no it's not done on the same day cuz they're usually busy
They're going to make you make an appointment it's super rare to get same day or even next day but you have to call and work your magic
I highly suggest to call them to see if they can pickup the same day. U would have to call them in the morning. I believe they do pickup on Sundays but u have to schedule a time frame.
