Why when Someone Like me a Customer tries to call a store there are like 10 recordings from covid to all the wrong prompts tired of this service prevalent everywhere Ok so I need to change stores like Target Macys any others just my rant

Nobody WANTS to talk to customers cause they know theyre calling cause their uncareing employees suck..

Because they get so many calls about it it's more efficient to have a prerecorded message.

Target in Chili is usually pretty good customer service.
