Leslie, this phase of your case is not local. We are the attorneys who will appeal your decision to the Appeals Council which sits in Baltimore but hears cases from every hearing office. We will be drafting a brief in an attempt to have the Appeals Council reverse the ALJ decision. Most claimants do not get a favorable outcome at this level but we have to go thru the Appeals Council to get to Federal Court, which we also will do if necessary. If we are successful at either level we will send the case back to Myler Disability for them to represent you at the remand hearing.
