We just did a loop there 2 days ago, parked at south entrance, hiked down to main then up the gorge trail to the end. Then back to south entrance. Did a full loop of it, and parking at the south entrance is much easier and scenic . Worked for us
Use the South entrance that is the best way to hike the loop
You can use any entrance and get on the trails in multiple places. There's more parking at the south entrance than the main but either works (don't have any idea about the north end)
