Hike up gorge from lower lot and you can get on Indian trail and come back down or go to upper lot.
Main park entrance
Go to the entrance opposite the Watkins Glen state car park, near to sunoco and seven 11. This should be the address: 971 N Franklin St, Watkins Glen, NY 14891 This is where you can start the gorge trail from. From there you should be able to reach various paths. We took the Indian trail back. If you want to double check, there should be trail maps online.
