Yes to a certain point. It is outside with gravel areas and open grass areas that can make it a little hard. Would not recommend going after a lot of rain due to mud.
They will accommodate any way they can. When its muddy it might be more difficult but all the grounds are flat. They do have handicap accessible tractors as well.
