If you like waiting 2+ hours past your appointment time to get mediocre service then this is the place for you. I was also told my visit was covered by insurance besides a small copay, which was paid at the time of visit, 6+ months later I get a bill in the mail saying I owe them more money? Have emailed and called during office hours, just for the phone to ring and ring with no answer. I then receive a letter saying the bill is going to collections if I do not pay this bogus charge.. why was I told insurance covered it, why was I only informed 6+ months later that it wasn’t, why did I have to wait 2+ hours past my appointment time, and why can I not get ahold of anyone regarding this matter? Seems like they are taking advantage of their customers..

Tried to call for a different uveitis prescription, at 4:45. Recording said they were closed, and that they close at 5. They have me a coupon for my prescription, bringing the CO pay from $100 to $25. Unfortunately, it was expired, so couldn't get it.

I was surprised to see the reviews of horrible wait times. I've always had a great experience and have sat in a secondary waiting area for a short time after being dilated, but I have always been taken back either almost immediately or after a short time. The staff has always been courteous, knowledgeable and communicative. I always make sure to return here and have waited for a referral to process because of my experience over the past almost 10yrs.

If you love waiting in a waiting room for +2 hours then this is the place for you! They have MULTIPLE waiting rooms! So you go from waiting room to waiting room to never be seen. If you would rather spend your time doing something more fruitful please choose another eye doctor! this was my first time here And it will definitely be my last 0/10

We use a OPD III scanner that utilizes wavefront technology to map the corneal curvature and aide in acquisition of the eye's refraction. This technology is a part of a normal dilated eye exam and is not an additional charge.
