We were there a week ago. Trains are not running because of Covid. No charge but not much to see at this time!

Yes.. not sure ( but the train was running ).. free to steam town and a small admission fee for the trolley museum.. was just there Monday.. but my wife paid for us to get in and I forget the exact amount.
