How can I get permission to take off / land on property and get a good drone video of next years map without angering the manager who doesn’t understand FAA regs about airspace ? Was planning on using the public road for my takeoff next year if not

That's quite a conundrum. You can look up owners of business through a Missouri Business Entity search, to find or identify owners/agents. If you're getting pushed back, I'd go with the public take off and land. I'd try to reach out to the owners for sure though.

I really want to work with them as opposed to doing the public road takeoff , as it affords me greater flexibility in getting perfect shots . But alas , either works for me . The 2018 video is up , but it could have been better
