I don't think the mall buys items. You can rent cases and starting in October they are having auctions you can consign items for sale

It really pays to call ahead and ask. They don't take just anything, I found that out.

Oddly enough I have a whole collection of those. But I'm not sure if the mall buys stuff from people or not.
