The phone system is no longer the same as it used to be. Before you ring only to the store now you get transferred to customer service within 30-60 seconds. Soooo the employees can't answer a phone that isn't ringing in their store. Best way is to hang up once transferred and call back. It will tell you when it's transferring you.
