Ok i won't come out and look until i know who owns it. I well check any company out before i move in or even look. If you cant tell me who the new owner is I well have to pass at this time. Bay shore or rhp has a bad reputation.

The new owner is Yes.I would not recommend this park to any one,besides raising lot rent every year the water bill is more than the electricity
