What is wrong with the neighborhood

Mine is about 450 and 420 for 2 bedroom trailer. Its not worth it

They are over priced and poor management and alot to deal with if you don't mow lawn they charge you a hundred and fifty dollars force lawn mows on Fridays and Jennifer is not people friendly that's the manager .ask residents I Would never work for them again

The pool is closed more than it is open. I had to go to the office to try and find out why the pool was closed, because they never answer the phone. I was told,some one called the health department because, after a heavy rain the pool was green,it will stay closed until the health department comes back.Of course any one knows you have to add extra chemicals after a heavy rain.when the pool is open they close at 8 pm most people don't get off work until after 5.If you are thinking of moving here, don't plan to spend any time at the pool

18, unless you absolutely have to, I would not recommend it.

No hookups for rv but have storage. Crime is up recently, but i think it's due to the new company that owns it having raised prices and not even opening the pool(the one commodity they provide)

They do not answer the phone ever.I was told at the office. Leave a message ,no one will return your call,because they get hundreds of messages and Jennifer can not call everyone back.Very bad management

Depends on what photos we have available for each home. Most people like to see the kitchen and bath, but we don't always have those available. Other times, empty bedrooms just look like, well, empty rooms, so we just try to use the best pics available. I hope this helps!

Thank you! New homes do not come furnished, but they do have a washer/ dryer, stove, fridge and dishwasher.

Depends on the unit. Lot rent is $300. Then you have the unit itself. Starts at $850.00.

The new owner is Yes.I would not recommend this park to any one,besides raising lot rent every year the water bill is more than the electricity

No not income based but they do a credit check background check and you have to have proof of employment if possable.

We have been here for 20 years, and have had interesting neighbor at various times. I'm sure there are move in specials all the time, but you would have to call.....
