My mom lives there...her mobile home is paid off..but she rents the lot for $325.00 month....you cant live any place that cheap and the mobile park has strict.rules to keep out the rif raff....it s on little blue pkwy between 40 hwy and I-70

Does the lot rent include maintenance on the trailers?

Well I'm 100% sure that you have to buy a trailer or mobile home in the independence mobile home park I know these rules and that is one of them and on top of owning your own mobile home there you have to pay lot rent which is $325.00 and up I think it's only $ 325 if your are grandfathered in to the park.
