Pretty long wait time, was there for 2 hours for a simple injection. However nurse Joy was incredibly sweet and very helpful.

They claim they take walk ins but they don’t. I called and spoke to two different people before arriving, walked in, and was told they couldn’t see me until the next day because their schedule was booked up. they were very polite but obviously didn’t know what was going on. very disappointing that their staff don’t know their own protocol.

I have not been able to work for almost the same amount of time a self quarantine takes because this minuteclinic still hasn't given me my COVID test results. It's been 11 days(past the high volume processing time shown) and I have called multiple times to see if I can get any information from them. They took a claim against my insurance already(so they are paid) and the second person told me the first person I spoke to lied to me about how to get the information after the 6- 10 day waiting period. Completely absurd customer service and liars to boot. Do not come here if your financial income depends on this test. 100% waste of my time.

They never showed up! I made my appointment and hour before their “lunch break” and it said wait time was 140 minutes. Two hours and ten minutes. So I went to lunch, went to my other appointment, came back. Say around for 20 minutes waiting. They never came.
