Were they short with you when you asked for especific items in your order ? I feel like anything after 800pm they will limit you choice on what they can do through the drive thru . If go in and ask you have a better outcome on what you really want. The staff will put the chair up on the table to deter people from coming in. They normally will do it around 830pm.
Wow. Just came on to write a review about how rude they were in the drive thru and see I'm not the only one that has experienced they're rudeness. This is on more than on occasion. They're food is okay but they're are plenty of places here in Dayton with great chicken . So i have decide we will not be patronizing this establishment any longer. They may want to teach they're employees what customer service is. Not treat the customer like they are a burden.
I would guess the manager deals with all new hires
