They only allow 2 pets, no more that 65 lbs and they have breed restrictions.

I believe its two pets. However I'm sure you could have two dogs and maybe two indoor cats as well but this policy is definitely in place to make sure that people aren't hording animals and it's no more than two dogs. I don't think there is a rule about what type of dog. Your dogs will need to be registered with the city and then registered with the trailer park. Dogs should be on a leash or tie out or in a fenced yard and they are supposed to be supervised to avoid excessive barking
