They have both
They only serve a thin crispy crust from dough they make fresh daily! They have a gluten free crust that is awesome as well as a carb friendly “cheese crust” made entirely out of mozzarella cheese that’s remarkebly good as well! You have to ask for that special however but most of the cooks in Kearney know how to make it .
Thick crust is not on the menu, but I don't know if they will deviate from the menu. The "cracker crust" is amazing though with lots of toppings!!
As far as I know ours only has thin cracker type crust never seen a pan crust on the menu
