Hi, Sarah! Our schedule is usually really packed. For "New Patients," it's nearly impossible to take a walk-in. It simply involves too much time and we don't want to skimp on a thorough examination. However, for established patients we can take walk-ins. Any patient that presents as a walk-in is welcome to wait and our staff will try to find a gap in the schedule to fit them in. Patients that present with already scheduled appointments will continue to be given preference over the walk-in, but we've never had someone have to wait longer than an hour or so before we were able to squeeze them in.
They book up quick so not normally
