I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get an MRI scheduled. My insurance turned it down the first time because Dr Ballard’s office did not submit the correct information, they even had the wrong knee listed. Once it was finally approved I waited another week for the MRI to get scheduled. When I called Centerpoint they said they never received the orders. I have spent 3 hours and made 10 phone calls this morning to try to get things sorted out. The office keeps telling me they faxed the orders but Centerpoint has not received them. Twice the office admitted that the fax had failed to send and they didn’t realize it until I called back to follow up. The office also forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy and I had to call again to get that done as well. I think Dr Ballard ia great, the staff is friendly when I’m there, but it’s ridiculous that I have to fight so hard just to get my healthcare needs met. It should not be this difficult.

Dr Ballard deserves 10 stars!! He and his staff are the best. Attentive, thorough and talented. My hip replacement and arthroscopic on my knee went very, very well. No complaints!! Can't say enough... Will definitely recommend him... Excellent Surgeon!!!

Dr. Ballard is excellent. I had 2 meniscus tears in my left knee. The first was done by someone else in 2006 then the second was in 2011 by Dr Ballard it went better then the first. Then in 2016 total knee replacement. Everyone is different, but my experience has been great. No pain and able to do about anything I want to do.
Not sure. He did my Hip Replacement and Arthroscopic Surgery on my knee. Did a very excellent job. Very thoughtful, thorough and personal with his patients. Botton line, he's a very talented and excellent Surgeon!!
