Since its lunch i would think the florist would still be open? Since applebees doesnt take reservations you wont have a saved table therefore they wont have any idea who your server will be. I would trust the florist with a reserved time for delivery as restaurants are crazy during busy times.
They don't take reservations but if you call ahead they would probably be accommodating. They are eager to please and really good sports.
