Went through the drive the through and the person who was taking my order was extremely rude which I didn’t mind. When I pulled up one of the workers saw that I worked for a certain company and stated how everyone hates us and and continued to say it to my face multiple times while most of the staff was laughing.

The absolute worst Wendy's in all of the united states. The workers are literally not taking orders so that people leave because they are young and lazy. Horrible experience for all of 2022 at this place and they get paid more now. The owner of this wendy's needs to be shut down and put out of business.

Ordered in their mobile app for drive thru pickup. At the window I was only handed 1 bag. I asked if it had everything since my order usually comes in 2 bags and was assured it was all there. Got home and found out that it was not all there (missing 2 small fries). Still waiting on that call back I asked for, too.

Went through Drive thru six vehicles ahead of me approximately 3-4 minutes I was ordering, Employee spoke clearly and politely order was given and received with 0 errors. Total time less than 10 minutes NICE JOB.
