Why does valvoline even provide a mobile app? The wait time when I arrived said a 5 minute wait. I have now been waiting for 45 minutes and I am not even in the bay yet. So frustrating.

Honestly that is crazy but then again you probably just gave them an idea to handle mobile app customers a little faster😉

Hello Kim, we strive to keep our wait times as up to date as possible in our app. However, wait times can change minute by minute due to us being first-come, first-serve. I do apologize your wait was longer than expected. Typically you can expect to wait around 15 minutes per car ahead of you on arrival.

I'm not sure either. I just plan every time to go when they aren't too busy or to be waiting at least 30 minutes.
