Does everyone wait an hr for their appt times??? Ive been here 4 times and each time more than 1 hr wait from the appt time! Im on time for them but theyre not on time for me?

Yes. Both times I wasin that office, I waitedfor over an hour. They had to pull chairs in from office to accomadate everyone. Obviously, they overbook.

I'm always in and out. I usually go right when they open in the morning.
