Dr. Donatien is a humble knowledgeable doctor. He's open to all questions and will always have an answer. My first visit was pleasant. His staff are friendly but some are unorganized. It's also hard to schedule an appointment or reach anyone for that matter. Word of advice, before changing your doctor, address the issue with staff and doctor so that a better system can be possibly implemented.

Doctor is great. Staff is unprofessional. They do not return calls and Chantelle had an attitude with me on the phone while I making an appointment. She stated that of course there is a wait time for an appointment, this is a doctor's office. When I explained that I did not like the way she was speaking to me she continued to defend her attitude and then said she could not transfer me to anyone else because they are on lunch. I have switched PCPs for both my husband and I. We will not be going back.
