Terrible job was done they.tried to sell defective tile and had to wait 3 months to remove and replace did not used plastic to prevent a mess and sent young kids finish job with old van that did not have the name on it installed a lesser tile not spaced properly stay away not professional as they claim to be.also did not remove old linoleum like they said they had and charged me for it slic salesman trick didn't work . Postponed the the job 3 times hade to miss work and could not put door back on . because of it after all the trouble they would not give as better price even though it was a less expensive tile that they used what as nightmare I think it's time for litigation

Firstly, I selected Dolphin Carpet because of the high rating and immaculate reviews… Secondly, I read the reviews that mentioned Michael Dubin (Mike) specifically… They state “Mike is great” & “Mike is a manager…” Two very important points I take seriously when selecting a business to partner with… That being said, I called requesting him and Mike returned my call…. I need carpeting for the nursery I am building for our baby and Mike went out of his way to visit my home according to my availability… No questions asked… I did not have to remind him or follow up… He promised to be at my doorstep at 9AM sharp this morning on a Saturday… Rest assured he was there!!! Extremely prepared, professional, and polite!!!!!!! Took measurements and either way this transaction goes, he has a customer for life!!!! Great guy!
