We had one guy who was stoned all the time, drove like a maniac, and one day he pulled out of his parking space suddenly without looking, and caused an accident which badly damaged two cars and totaled another. And he and his dad break into parked cars and steal valuables like, for example, my smart phone and power tools. Not funny.
If they are driving eradically, you can always report the car to 911. Get the make, model, color and license plate of the car then call 911 and let them know they are driving wrecklesly then give em the location.
