People pay to rent the gazebo for birthday parties or any other events . So the only time it's open to others for use is when no one is clearly having a party there but if people show up to do a party and they have reserved the gazebo then they get the gazebo to them selves and others would have to leave . I did my son's birthday party there and it was wonderful and we had the hole place there because I had to pay and reserve the place .
