If I have a low credit score but everything else is fine , I have excellent renters reference in the same residence for the last 10 yrs. How do I stand? I would like to know so I'm not just throwing my app fee down the drain . I only have a low score from just recently because I had to park one of my car's that I had in my driveway ( because it wasn't registered) had to put it on the street for a few hours and a very poor sport of a neighbor called and had it towed. And I couldn't afford to pay for it since I'm in the middle of packing and moving. My score was 640 before that.
We have some property owner's that are willing to take the vouchers. The applicant must still qualify the credit requirements. Each of our owner's are individually owned so once you locate a home we would have to contact that property owner to see if they are willing to take the voucher
