I attended pathways detox program back in 2017, and they were by far the best facility I have been to. I will explain why below but I first need to give a huge shout out to Danita from the Roseville location off of sunrise. I called today, on behalf of a friend, with questions asking for advice on ways to cope with detox symptoms. I called a different facility first and they gave me no info at all. Danita spent 30 minutes on the phone with me and even had me send her pictures of the supplements while at the store to confirm if they are correct. These are the kind of staff that work for pathways. Now about my experience in pathways detox (circa 2017): From the nutrition/supplements, the accessibility and knowledge of the staff (as well as constant check ins), and the genuine care that they showed to the patients (while also having customized detox and post detox relapse prevention plans in place to set clients up for future success.) They do not have a cookie cutter, one size fits all approach, it is customized to fit your needs. I would strongly recommend pathways to any person who is struggling with addiction.

From bottom to the top the best choice I made in my young life to get the help I wholeheartedly needed! I went from hospital and Er visits to a heavenly place in Pathways Recovery! From the medical staff, Great Counselors, best meals tops, clean bedding and laundry, fun outings and Meetings, excellent gym sessions and yoga classes. I'm blessed to say I changed my life in 40 days! None of them can accept Medi-Cal directly. Free services must be inquired upon through the county behavioral health department
Cost for detox ranges from $3500-$7000 depending on length of time needed. Our detox provides medically supervised inpatient services in a residential home. We are one of the best detox facilities in Northern California. We can admit quickly and will take excellent care of your loved one.
There are not any facilities in the area that currently accept Medi-Cal as a form of payment. The current Medi-Cal system does not reimburse providers for residential detox or treatment services. For free services you must contact your county AOD office to be added to their waitlist. Resources are limited.
Hi Becky you can call us anytime to check on him. 916-735-8377. Each client has a 5 day phone restriction so that they can focus on themselves. We are working around the clock to make sure he is safe and comfortable and getting through detox.
Detox is for men and women. Treatment facility is for men only. We do allow smoking and we do work with Blue Shield of CA PPO although they generally have very poor benefits and most providers will not work with them. We can check benefit coverage if you call us with the info. 916-735-8377 Thanks!
Mr. Lavalleur, I'm afraid the only option would be cash pay as we are not a medicare certified provider. Since that's the primary insurance that would take precedence. There are Medicare providers available. Medi-Cal does not currently cover inpatient drug rehab services in our County. Contact your county of residence to get an assessment and get on the waiting list.
We are not free. Located in Roseville.
No Medi-Cal does not reimburse providers directly for inpatient treatment options. For free services you have to contact the county of residence and get on the wait list or find out what that counties process for treatment is. There is also the Salvation Army and Teen Challenge. Both are free but there is generally a wait to get into their programs
Yes we do allow smoking outdoors in both of our detox and mens treatment facility.
