What are th HOA fees at Lincoln Del Webb homes? Is it a gated community?
As of 12/18 the fees are 130 per month, up from $100/mo. in 2002.
Good question. Sun city started out as a guarded community however the other gate house is now users primarily for general information and directions if open. DellWeb uses a net work of resident volunteers for everything from neighbor hood watch night patrols and handyman services to mention a few.
