I see dogs there all the time.
There are bathrooms near the splash pad/rope climbing pyramid/soccer fields area. There are also bathrooms in the middle of the baseball fields.
There is tons of parking especially like others have said near the soccer field. I don't recall seeing RV parking but since I don't have one I've never payed attention to that.

There's a Holiday Inn Express less than 5 miles away in a hotel casino less than 10 miles away the park itself is in a quiet residential area though
