Are you now closing at earlier hours than stated? Website states you close at midnight but at 10pm , the doors were being locked & no one ever picked up the phone calls.

They are not open till midnight currently. It was changed without any notice

They have shorten their hours due to staffing

Last time I went there (about 2 weeks ago) they were open. Did you check the doors at the west side, towards Home Depot?
