Hello Richard, If you ordered online you can call our customer service and ask to talk to the after sales Rep and they will help you with your return. If you purchased the item in our Retail store you would just need the receipt to get a refund. Also be advised we have a 30 day return policy Have a good day
THEY DO ACCEPT RETURNS BUT YOU ARE GOING TO NEED THE RECEIPT AND TO GO BACK TO THE STORE.
If you are in the return time frame, just return the item to the store with the purshase receipt and they refund your money back.
