I’ve called numerous times over the span of months asking for my cats medical history and they have yet to send it. A woman on the phone said it’ll take a week to get it because they’re busy. It’s been months since the first call.

My dog had an infected eye and we tried calling every single vet in the area and not a single one could take us in. Even some an hour away were only taking critical pets. This place was just about to close and still took us in and saw my dog. The staff was friendly helpful and took his care of my Belle's eye.

Although I am heartbroken by my cats diagnoses, I am very happy with this doctor. Our call trying to get an appointment everywhere else resulted in referrals to other vets. They told us to come right in. Dr answered all my questions and didn’t push unneeded tests. I would definitely recommend.
