Hello, My son completed his permit test. Do we need app to pick up his permit or we can just walk in ? What documents do we need to bring in . Thank you!

An appointment is the safer way...but I went on or around 10 am and it was a line for not appointment so I took a risk and within an hour I was done. For documents to be brought in it is best to call.

I was just there, and they were telling the folks ahead of me that everyone needs an appointment. Once you go inside, they give you a check in number and an automated system calls it. I think my wait was maybe 15 minutes, and I was done in another 15. I would make an appointment
