There is no fee to get in. Seen Manatees there on many occasions,, guess it depends on the water temperature. Good luck. Great park..
We have seen manatees several times. Also been there and not seen anything. It is free to get in.
It is free to go and the rest is up to mother nature.

No fees...we didn't see any manatees, but lots of dolphins!
