I just put $8 cash and the car wash had no soap. I don't know what was wrong with the car wash but it wasn't working properly. I tried to get a refund and couldn't. I tried to call you guys and no one answered the phone. How can I get a refund?

if you're washing the vehicle by yourself as a manual wash there's a dial up there but one of the dials is just water and one of them is soap and one is brush and so on so forth we also made that same mistake quite a few times but we never wanted a refund or requested one. Just the kids had fun washing the van spraying each other with the water

I'm guessing you tried doing the drive-thru one, somebody certainly owns that car wash so they at least owe you a voucher for free one... I check with City of Milton they have to have a business license on file with the owner's contact information and if you find resolution that way you owe me a beer at PV
