Now days it’s not about what I’m buying it’s more about the experience. I live in the area it was my first time in the store. The lack of customer service and acknowledgement when I entered is why they recieve 2 stars. It’s a nice store but I won’t be returning. Advice, have your employees work better on customer service.

Love this store. They are super friendly. Staff is super helpful. They allow pets inside. Lots of great options for food, liter, toys, and pet snacks. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They really have a love for animals and want to do what they can to make your furry family members happy.Thanks so much for the awesome review! Excellent. Mobile vet is the way 6o go for vaccines. Regular vet 2 months out. Today first come first serve with Pet Pros and only waited a half hour to vaccinate 2 dogs. All staff was wonderful and dogs loved the vet. Highly recommendedTerry - thanks for the great review and for the feedback on our team and our vet partner! Hope to see you again soon!
