We did call ahead seating at 4pm we placed the call for a 6pm seat time. We made reservations for 16 people. We were told a 25 -30 wait over the phone when we called. Once we got there (Saturday evening) it was 1 hr 45 mins until we were seated. We were finally served after being there for 2 hrs and 15 minutes. And a total of 3 hours and 30 mins of being there before we got a bill to pay and leave. Call ahead seating is dumb in my opinion we waited with call ahead seating as long as we would have waited if we would have walked in and tried to eat.

When we had a big party, they still wouldn't accept a reservation. We did call ahead seating though, and were seated as soon as we arrived. Everyone in your party has to be present though.
