No the church doesn't give out vouchers for apartments. You need to get a hold of Salt Lake City or County housing authority. If you're homeless you need to go to 4th street Clinic so the Volunteers of America can help you.

No. You need to meet with a local bishop in the area where you are and discuss options with them. Even if homeless, there is a leader who can direct you for getting some sort of assistance.
