i have bought about 5 Kias over some years. I just sold to my girlfriend my 2009 V6 Sportage and of course the battery died and she needs a new one. How much does your service Dept. charge for a new battery to be put in ???

If my memory serves me I believe the dealership charge me $150. it's been awhile, if its the original battery the life is 5yrs. tops.
