So far it was a good experience buying a car from Piazza Honda of Springfield. Since pandemic there was a huge shortage of vehicles in most of the dealerships. However, we found out our car here and the salesman was able to give us a good deal. Salesman and the finance guy both were very helpful and professional. Great job 👏

From my experience, this place is really upside down. Wouldn't trust these people at all. If you're going here out of desperation, do not go here. Go somewhere else. Some of the employees don't know how to talk to people. Talking to the girl Maria in service was like talking to a loud, clueless, and arrogant child. When they take down your number and say they'll give you a call back, don't bet on it. Wouldn't trust them for anything. They overcharge people too.
