The website says that some parking garages participate in a parking validation program. You have to bring your parking garage ticket from a participating garage and receipt from a purchase to concierge services. https://fashiondistrictphiladelphia.com/visitors/parking I'm going to try this out today. Update* it was easy to get ticket validated, but parking costed $10 with validation.
