I think i have some rare coins. Ive seen them on the internet for thousands of dollars are those prices exgarated? I got several 1922 pennies with d and s on them and some with nothing. I also have a some real nice buffalo head . Can u help me

In 1922 the Denver mint was the only mint that pressed pennies for circulation and by the end of the run the dies were so weak that they weren't pressing the "D" mint mark. So the 1922 without the mint mark is actually an error and not a Philadelphia minted penny. Depending on if the coin is authentic and its condition will determine it's value.

You can go up there. They will give you a fair price. Me personally i would look them up online first and see what you have before you go. It might just be worth a penny. So do your research.
