In 1922 the Denver mint was the only mint that pressed pennies for circulation and by the end of the run the dies were so weak that they weren't pressing the "D" mint mark. So the 1922 without the mint mark is actually an error and not a Philadelphia minted penny. Depending on if the coin is authentic and its condition will determine it's value.
