An appointment is needed for the range but not for purchase. Sometimes there's a wait to get in. The number is 215-672-6060 but they have been so busy they're not answering the phone a lot lately. I've made my range appointments in person both times I've gone.
There is no appointment needed. Just go but there may be a wait depending on how many people are on line.
