I have been with PMC quite some time, I must say I really miss my delivery driver but the Pharmacy hasn't missed a beat that was in their control. Everyone had always been courtesy and professional.

My driver is always kind on time and Courteous. I always want to at least give him a lil tip but I’m not sure if that would be frowned upon. Great service deserves a tip

I would like to say that PMC Pharmacy is the BEST PHARMACY by far !!! The go above and beyond to help you with all your medication needs !!! The staff is professional and compassionate !!! You never have to worry about not being able to get your medication and they work with your Drs to make sure there are never any delays !!! I can’t say enough about them and would recommend to anyone that needs this type of Pharmacy !!! Thanks so much Ruth and Rich B

Hi Susan, I am very sorry that you are having difficulty getting in touch with our Customer Service Team. Unfortunately, yesterday's weather event has created a few challenges that we are diligently working through. We kindly ask all of our customers to leave us a message if the Customer Service Team is currently assisting other customers. As a practice, we always call back in the order calls are received. I will have our Customer Service Supervisor reach out to asap. Again, I am so sorry that you are experiencing difficulty getting in touch with us. We will do our best to improve.

Why do the lack in communication with patients when its a life or death matter on pmc behalf????

I'm not sure who you are or what problem you are referring too. I can assure you our staff is very dedicated to serving our customers and work very hard to ensure the customers are always treated with courtesy. If you are a current customer, please contact us over the phone so we can discuss your particular issue. This is not the appropriate venue to be discussing health information.

Why do the office calls on may first to remind you of your delivery , then not recorded message to who called me then on may 10 at 1149a.m someone calls and say ooo we cant send it we need another script and you wont receive it unless you pay for it

Vee42 Corbitt | Sep 26, 2018
PMC Pharmacy | Sep 26, 2018

The automated call that we send out to customers is a reminder call that the customer's due date is approaching and that we still do not have a new prescription for you. The only confirmation phone calls we make are 1) when we have a current prescription and 2) when the customer has been scheduled for delivery (after we have prepared their order). If we do not have prescriptions for a customer, we can not prepare an order and the customer would not get a confirmation call from us. Please contact the customer service department and we will be happy to work through any misunderstanding and do our very best to help make your circumstance easier to manage.

I ususally get my mediations delivered by UPS. I rec'd an automated phone message from an "Earl Snyder - "Dispatcher for PMC Pharmacy". Who is this ? No more UPS?

Donna Nase | Sep 26, 2018
Marmaduke the Cat | Sep 26, 2018

You have a choice now. They've hired drivers to deliver meds if you don't like UPS. You just have to tell customers service which you would like to chose
