I would recommend asking to speak to a manager if you're dissatisfied. I haven't had any issues except timeliness since I've been using their services
The customer service is terrible because they no that people aren't going to go to staples , office max, or another copy place. I am about to get my own printer. I don't want to give them my money any more.
I definitely agree, you email your order get there for pickup and your order has not even been started.
I've always had great service
I just left without my flyers. Al was horribly incompetent and after making me wait for almost 3 weeks, rarely following up on what he told me, and when I finally came in to get my deposit refund, I waited for over an hour, he printed only 50 and tried to charge me more than he first quoted. I was so upset. He got frustrated with me and gave me my $50 deposit back. This has been a total waste of my time, energy, and money. I won't ever do business with them. No way!
Wowwww I think they just need the right people working and that knows what they are doing Period! it wasn’t always that way a couple years ago smh!!
