Is there a dump station for campers? If so, is it public or private and how much does it cost?

There is a dump station for sites that don't have sewer hook ups. Not sure about other questions.

It's private per my experience trying to access it last week. Offered to pay for the service and I'm a thousand trails member - was told I had to have a reservation to use it. I'm local and was told I could pay to use it a couple of years ago when I inquired -, guess things have changed. It's a pity since locals have few options nearby and would be happy to pay for this service if offered.
